Today is the only day of the year where a todler wearing nothing but his nappy, armed with a sparrow-can go completely unnoticed by child protection. Why? Because love is in the air and everyone knows Cupid is the only person that can magically transform non believers of love into unashamed victims of it and all whilst making a fierce fashion statement in his dazzling white nappy.
