Often over looked by myself and those within my social circle, Brixton village has always been a particular area that would erupt hidden memories of when I used to get dragged to Brixton on a cold Friday morning, to help my Grandma with her weekly shopping. Therefore I think it’s safe to say the village was hardly the place I would actively choose to visit nor was it the place that appealed to me as a young person growing up.

Housing emerging brands such as N'Damus, where the likes of Nia Long has already gravitated to their couture, hand made leather bags to hosting weekly live music nights every Thursday. United 80 has fast become the jewel of Brixton Village and what's more this is only the beginning for SW9.
