This documentary doesn't come without its controversy (the last I heard Q-Tip wasn't the biggest fan of the project), however to say I'm excited is understatement. Directed by Michael Rappaport,  Beats, Rhymes & Life-The Travel Of A Tribe Called Quest documents the groups rise to Hip hop royalty and brings us classic joints on the way.

Q-Tip sat with the XXL entourage for a lengthy chat for their weekly uStream show, Spotlight. They touched on a range on topics including a certain Mr Consequence's nearing album Cons TV which Tip produced and working alongside Kanye West.
